The company material lists complete injection molds and mold-opening injection support as current business lines. Design, machining, assembly, trial, modification and agreed documents can be included in the project review.

Define the trial question.
These company-supplied photographs show representative small molded and insert-molded components. They are included as visual examples, not as evidence of a standard resin, production volume or customer project.

03 Injection resources
Mold fit, tie-bar clearance, shot size, material, temperature control and automation requirements are checked before a trial is accepted. Production quantity and commercial molding scope are confirmed project by project.

The mold, material and target part condition define the trial plan and the information returned to the customer.
Trial input review
Mold status, resin, target part, sampling requirement and known risk points.
Machine matching
Review tonnage, mold dimensions, tie-bar space, shot requirement and utilities.
Setup & trial
Install the mold, establish a controlled setup and record the agreed process information.
Part review
Check visual condition and the dimensions or functional points defined for the trial.
Correction loop
Document findings, agree modifications and repeat the trial when the project requires it.

Which machine sizes are available?
Huicheng's equipment list records 120T, 200T and 320T Yizumi injection machines. Final machine selection depends on the mold and molding requirement.
Does Huicheng only provide mold trials?
Complete mold projects and project-specific injection work can be reviewed. Production quantity, material and commercial scope must be confirmed in the quotation.
What is needed to plan a trial?
Provide mold size and weight, resin, expected part condition, sampling quantity, critical dimensions, target date and any required trial or inspection report.
Can mold modification be included?
Modification can be coordinated after the trial findings are reviewed. Scope, timing and responsibility should be agreed before work starts.
