Terms of Service
Terms governing access to huichengprecision.com, use of its content and submission of B2B enquiries, RFQs, drawings and other project information.
B2B website terms
Effective: 23 August 2026
Applies to: huichengprecision.com
Website information
Capabilities, specifications and examples are general information and may be updated or corrected.
RFQ is not an order
Submitting an enquiry, drawing or purchase order does not by itself create a supply contract.
Written terms control
Huicheng’s confirmed quotation, order acknowledgement or signed agreement governs an actual project.
Important: These Terms govern use of the website and the enquiry process. They do not replace the commercial terms in a Huicheng quotation, order acknowledgement, NDA, quality agreement or other contract signed or expressly accepted in writing.
Scope and acceptance
The agreement that applies when you use this website
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of huichengprecision.com (the “Website”), operated by Dongguan Huicheng Precision Mold Co., Ltd. (“Huicheng”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry or uploading a file, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or submit information through it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and forms part of the rules applicable to Website use.
Business use and authority
A website intended for professional and commercial users
The Website is intended primarily for businesses, engineers, sourcing professionals and other persons seeking precision mold components, tooling, machining or related manufacturing services.
If you use the Website on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for that organisation in connection with the enquiry and to provide the submitted information. You must use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
The Website is not directed to children and is not intended for personal consumer purchases.
Website information, RFQs and contract formation
When a business enquiry becomes a binding manufacturing order
Website information is general
Descriptions of capabilities, tolerances, materials, equipment, lead times, case examples and other technical information are provided for general reference. Actual manufacturability, tolerance capability, price, tooling approach and delivery depend on the reviewed drawings, specifications, quantities, materials and project conditions.
An RFQ is not acceptance of an order
Submitting a contact form, RFQ, drawing, purchase order or other request does not by itself create a contract, require Huicheng to quote, reserve production capacity or accept any order.
Written confirmation controls
A supply or service contract is formed only when Huicheng issues or expressly accepts a written quotation, order acknowledgement or other agreement identifying the applicable commercial and technical terms. Unless Huicheng expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
- a quotation is valid only for the period stated in it;
- prices, lead times and technical commitments remain subject to the assumptions and exclusions stated in the quotation;
- changes to drawings, materials, tolerances, quantities or delivery requirements may require a revised quotation; and
- terms printed on or linked from a customer’s purchase order do not automatically amend or replace Huicheng’s written terms.
RFQ files, drawings and confidentiality
Your rights and responsibilities when sending project information
You retain ownership of drawings, CAD files, specifications, images and other materials you submit (“Submitted Materials”). By submitting them, you grant Huicheng a limited right to receive, copy, review and internally share the materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate the enquiry, prepare a quotation, communicate with you and, if an order is later agreed, perform that order.
You represent that you have the right and authority to submit the materials and that Huicheng’s permitted use of them will not violate another person’s intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or contractual rights.
Submitting information through the Website does not, by itself, create an NDA or other confidentiality agreement. Where Huicheng has signed an NDA covering the project, that NDA governs the protected information.
Acceptable use
Protecting the Website, its users and legitimate business communications
You may use the Website only for lawful business information and enquiry purposes. You must not:
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised information;
- upload malware, corrupted files or content intended to damage or disrupt systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, probe vulnerabilities or interfere with Website operation;
- use automated scraping, harvesting or high-volume requests in a manner that burdens the Website or extracts protected content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your company, authority or project rights;
- use contact details from the Website for spam, harassment or unrelated mass marketing; or
- use the Website or request products or services in violation of applicable trade, export-control, sanctions or other laws.
We may restrict access, disregard submissions or take protective action where we reasonably believe these Terms, security requirements or applicable law have been violated.
Website intellectual property
Ownership of Huicheng content and permitted reference use
The Website and its text, photographs, graphics, videos, layout, logos, technical presentations and other content are owned by or licensed to Huicheng and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the Website and download or print reasonable extracts for your internal evaluation of Huicheng as a potential supplier.
Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce substantial Website content, remove ownership notices, publish it as your own, create misleading derivative materials, use Huicheng trademarks, or use Website images and technical content to market another supplier’s goods or services.
No Website use or project discussion transfers ownership of Huicheng’s pre-existing manufacturing methods, know-how, tooling concepts or intellectual property. Ownership created under a manufacturing project is governed by the applicable written project agreement.
Third-party links and services
External services have their own terms
The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services for hosting, security, spam prevention, forms, consent management or performance. Third-party content and services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
A link does not necessarily mean that Huicheng endorses every statement, product or practice of the third party. We are not responsible for external websites that we do not control.
Website disclaimers
The limits of general online information
The Website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Huicheng does not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that every item of general Website information will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular project.
Website content is not engineering, legal, compliance or procurement advice for your specific application. You remain responsible for verifying requirements, drawings, material selections, tolerances, regulatory obligations and product suitability.
Any warranties relating to manufactured goods, tooling, quality, delivery or services arise only from the applicable quotation, order acknowledgement, quality agreement or signed contract—not from general Website content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability and responsibility
Reasonable allocation of risk for use of a free business website
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huicheng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising solely from Website access or use, including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill or data.
Huicheng is not responsible for loss caused by your reliance on unconfirmed Website information, unauthorised submission of materials, insecure transmission outside our reasonable control, misuse of the Website, or third-party services and websites.
You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable claims, losses or costs caused by your unlawful use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of materials that you were not authorised to provide.
Commercial liability relating to an accepted manufacturing order is governed by the written terms applicable to that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and disputes
Rules applying to Website-related disputes
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from Website use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through business discussion. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, unless a separate written agreement between you and Huicheng specifies another governing law or dispute-resolution method.
Changes, severability and contact
How these Terms are maintained
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, business practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to subsequent Website use.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment or joint-venture relationship.
